The Rapid-N filling station meets the requirements of EN3 thanks to its speed, accuracy, economy and cleanliness. The stationary filling station is used for filling powder extinguishers from 1 to 12 kg. Larger extinguishers are filled using a filling adapter (optional accessory).

Filling is carried out by direct suction from the container, large jokeh, drum, powdercontainer or from powder bags without the need for additional personnel directly into the powder container. The filling of the extinguisher is carried out dust-free from this powder container directly into the extinguisher. Accurate filling is ensured by a digital scale.

The required weight is stored on the scale and when the filling quantity is reached, the scale automatically switches off the filling process. The height adjustment according to the different types of extinguishers is done manually by means of a pneumatic cylinder.

This filling device is applicable due to its complexity for fire extinguisher manufacturers, airport firefighters, company firefighters or service facilities. The filling device is technically convincing and demonstrates what is possible when filling powder extinguishers.
