AEROSOL FIRE EXTINGUISHER WORM FIRE SWITCH

The compact aerosol fire extinguisher Worm Fire Switch, designed for direct installation in electrical switchboards and circuit breaker cabinets, provides effective protection against fire at source. Thanks to its circuit breaker-like shape, it is easily installed on a DIN rail and does not interfere with the layout of the cabinet.

The device operates fully autonomously - without the need for power supply, maintenance or connection to an external detection system. In the event of a fire or temperature rise, it automatically activates and releases an extinguishing aerosol within seconds, which immediately suppresses the flame and prevents it from spreading further.

Special outlets on both sides of the device allow the effect to be directed precisely into the protected area. Once activated, a chemical reaction takes place, producing a fine aerosol that effectively interrupts combating combustion through a combination of cooling, reduction of oxygen concentration and chemical inhibition of combustion.
